1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort welcome adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare this to be true. We may ask for photographic identification upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and written confirmation.
• Rates are stated in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card must guarantee each reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellation

Reservations can be cancelled at no cost up to fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is billed; no-shows incur the full stay charge. Best Available Rates may be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay when a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, violates our gaming rules, or otherwise breaks reasonable conduct standards.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and available only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits may be set at any time through our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We accept no responsibility for valuables not placed in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Azureseasideretreat or its licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

9. External links

This website may link to third-party sites. We bear no responsibility for the content or practices of those external websites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by International law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
